5-story office building completed in 1939. It is clad in ironspot brick. The ground floor has an entrance to the upper floors on the left, a metal-and-glass storefront in the center with six tall, narrow windows, and an entrance to the storefront on the right. The upper floors have tripartite window bands, with three panes in the middle of each (the western one being narrower), separated from the end windows by black iron pilasters. The windows are topped by black metal panels and have brick sills. Wrought-iron railings front the bottoms of the windows on each floor. At the top floor three pilaster divide the band into four evenly-spaced windows. The facade is crowned by a brick roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by VITAE restaurant.
