Hot & Cold Water Towers (Pratt, Kansas)

USA / Kansas / Pratt / Pratt, Kansas
 landmark, water tower, interesting place

A pair of "Hot" and "Cold" water towers mark Pratt's unique skyline. These towers were built in 1901 and 1909.
In 1956, as a practical joke someone climbed the towers and painted one with the word Hot and the other with the word Cold. The city has chosen to repaint the towers and leave the Hot and Cold on them. www.prattkansas.org/
