170-foot, 15-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1929. Designed by Victor Mayper as a factory and stores building. Also called the ADT Building, it has a 2-story limestone base, with the upper floors clad in brown brick, with alternating thick and thin piers. There are a pair of 3-story towers at the corners at the top.

The ground floor is occupied by a Ducati motorcycle dealership, and Space Salon. Office tenants include Accenture, New York University and Downtown Music Publishing.
