130-foot, 10-story office building completed in 1925. Designed by Lockwood & Green, it is faced in white stone with green stone cornices across the tops of the 1st, 8th and top floors. The center bay on each facade is capped by a short triangular pediment. The Hudson Food Court and Westville Restaurant are located on the ground floor, on the Hudson Street side of the building.
