303-foot, 27-story modernist hotel completed in 2020. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in blue glass, and grey pre-cast concrete. The main tower is set back behind a 3-story tall facade of tan brick in a classicist style. It has the hotel entrance on the west end, with grey wood-and-glass double-doors slightly recessed below a black metal marquee. The middle of the ground floor has a restaurant space with an Art-Deco feel, with a casement window above dark-grey cast-iron panels; at its right end it curves back to a recessed door. At the east end the ground floor has a metal service door. Above the ground floor is a wide metal vent. The 2nd & 3rd floors are set far back behind a facade wall with four double-height round-arch openings, each crossed by a black iron spandrel beam near the tops. At the base of each arch is a planter box, and the large casement windows and hanging light fixtures in front of them are visible through the arches.

The lower part of the tower is a tall mechanical and amenities floor, above which begins the glass curtain wall of the south facade. On the right side, the south facade is recessed and faced in concrete, painted grey. There is a small notch carved out of the east end up to the 7th floor, with the floors above overhanging it. The building is topped by a rooftop lounge and tall mechanical penthouse rising from the northwest corner of the roof. There is a prominent projection from the south facade near the roof line.

The east facade has glass curtain wall on its south half, with the north half having a bay of narrow single-windows next to the curtain wall section. The west facade is also painted concrete, with a large window at every 4th floor. The north facade has a recessed center section with glass curtain wall, and more curtain wall on the east end; the west end is painted concrete with no windows.

The hotel contains 211 guest rooms. The ground floor is occupied by Rosevale restaurant.
