  • Really our school is the best , most of the competition we won . Pavel Barman is our hero and one of the star of Meghalaya and especially Mairang we are proud of our own school. Even though we belong to rural area but still we speak English better like other students in shillong. One day as I went for interview one of the important person ask me you are coming from village and this is also Rural area but your English is very good . Are you from Avenues? I said , 'No Mam' ,they were all looking asking almost thrice the same question because they were shock. How do you speak English very fluently? I said , 'Mam I did practice and read some book everyday and that makes me like what you think right now. Of course with the help of Perdita Barman everyday we spent 2 hour in reading somewhat like tinkle and others book. So , finally I am very proud of my School . I got selected and pass my interview. Thankyou Teachers and friends of St Thomas H/S School Mairang.
  • Its a good school but perents ruin this school.......now 54 students failed out of 107.....now what...we can`t blame.... on anyone else...
