  • Menchaca Hermanos is now a corporation that is comprised of several stockholders, among which are the original heirs of the Menchaca family, Schion family, Valmayors, and others.
  • This property is an offshore (reclaimed) property therefore no one can claim ownership. However, the person responsible for building this beach house was the late Don Isaias Menchaca one of the heirs of the Menchaca Family who are the original owners of Menchaca Hermanos. The Airstrip of Hacienda Refugio was also thru the efforts of Don Isaias and was further utilized and developed by Don Roberto Llantada.
