In 1914 there was a plan to bring "big time" auto racing to Warminster Twp. Construction began but the Great Depression brought it to a halt.
As early as 1825, several different horse racing tracks were located here. The land was originally farmland owned by Abel Noble - one of the first property owners in Bucks County.
It is now a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1940s and 50s.
