Shining Star Children's Advocacy Center provides vital services to the child victims of sexual abuse and serious physical abuse residing in Lee and Ogle counties of Illinois. Through interviewing processes, medical investigation, counseling and recovery support, it is Shining Star's mission to transform these victims into survivors.
