Built by Lin Biao in the 1970s. An artificial hill with garrison camps, including a long-range artillery battery (4-6 guns); 1-2 garrisons armed with light anti-tank weapons, anti-aircraft weapons and other infantry weapons. Also served as an artillery command structure. The total strength is about 300-500 soldiers.
