1308 the Prandtauerhof was buildt as the winery of the abbey Chorherrenstift St. Pölten and baroquified in 1696 by the Austria master builder Jakob Prandtauer. Today the historic vintage house with an arcaded yard and wedding chapel is home to the Holzapfel family's restaurant, hotel, winery & distillery.
