The Ylasyn Cave ( meaning the Hawk Cave in Bashkirian language) is an interesting limestone cave with the overall length of all passages about 400 m. Although the entrance is situated near the summit of the mount and a lot of effort is required to get to there, this is an easy-access cave. The cave does not have any sheer or vertical sections or wells. You do not need any special alpine equipment but only a 20 m rope. The rope can be useful at the entry glacier with perennial ice because the glacier is quite steep and slippery. This perennial ice glacier is a cave's exciting feature. The cave has a couple of lakes in the right narrow branch and plenty of fascinating stalactites and stalagmites. The dead-end part of the main passage is quite dangerous due to boulders and rocks hanging from the ceiling.
