This seven-story, early-20th-century building was renovated (2012-2013) to include apartments, ground floor retail, and a parking garage.
The structure once housed the Pittsburgh Mercantile Company, the company store of steel producer Jones & Laughlin. Goodwill Pittsburgh bought the building in the late 1960s, using it as its headquarters and Workforce Development Center until moving to Lawrenceville in about 2011.
