Bareq also transliterated as Bāriq is a city in in 'Asir Province south-west Saudi Arabia, located 120 km north of Abha, the provincial seat of the Asir province at a height of 400 m (1312 ft) above sea level. It is bordered by Mohayil to the south, Mjardh to the north, Al Qunfudhah to the west and Tanomah to the east. It has an estimated population of 60,000 .
