Riyadh (Ar Riyad) is a province of Saudi Arabia, located in the centre of the country. It has an area of 412,000 km² and a population of 5,455,363 (2004). Its capital is Riyadh, the national capital. Other towns include Al Majma'ah , Diriyah, Layla , As Sulayyil and 'Afif .
