  All plots are B khatha. Beware of problems at the time of construction.

  Yes, all are B khata plots in Duo Lake Retreat. Had court cases. But case is over but not withdrawn duo cases related to survey numbers. During construction problems can crop up. Its good if one can negotiate @ Rs. 3000 to 3200/sqft.
