At the time of this posting (Feb. 20, 2014), the satellite image shows a building that has been demolished. That building was originally "The Sussex House" a fine dining & bar from 1969 (year built) thru 1985. The building then went through a few more tenants, including Bogies Food & Spirits, Sticky Fingers Restaurant, SK Brewers Restaurant, and finally the Uptown Eatery and Banquet Facility which stood vacant for the last few years until the building was finally demolished during the summer of 2013. A new building was constructed by fall 2013 and is currently occupied by Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Creamery.
