    I have been Mugumu several time, i understant that is very close to Serengeti national park, in this way if Tanzania government under VIP safari club can build International airport there, it can be very easy for tourist to spend few hours to reach at Serengeti national park for game viewing, especially for tourist who are travel by road, in another way tourist can have day trip to Serengeti national park and come back to Mugumu town.     iam from mugumu where its the main point of serengeti as the most of the world belived that serengeti is at arusha as well most advertising did as arusha especial its a tourist place in tanzania but what they have to know is that mugumu is within serengeti national park and serengeti is the district of mugumu serengeti so what i do belive if everyone who vist serengeti especial as tourist they have to think about mugumu and my furture hope soon as tourist discover this mugumu is going to be as main touristtown in tanzania.marigwamororo@yahoo.com

    I am originated from Serengeti, nata-motukeri is my village, Mugumu is an official towm of Serengeti District. Thanks God, i hope life will start favouring people of serengeti since a number of important projects are going to start at Mugumu. International Airport is going to boom and easy income earning to people of Serengeti.I believe plane transport means will favor life of every one including animals; forget about noise polution. Sometimes we need to take opportunity cost when think good life to our people. Let us join our hand to make good life to our people.

    It's good if truly the international airport is going to be established in Mugumu coz town will automaticaly grow together with our busineses. As a stationery owner i'd prefer construction of the airport together with marcadamised road from makutano to Mugumu as wil stimulate development of people and improve our life standard, but i'm not sure if they wil due to existing debate on whether to construct or not to.

    My Vision is to build Mugumu to be the city center of tourism in Northern Zone of Tanzania. Why not? We have every thing, Good, intelligent and committed people, beautiful and large National parks-Serengeti, Many and wonderful hotels & Good land. But we miss leadership i think.....this is my view..... I have apoint....We need to start thinking of building The College for tourism and hospitality, Wild Animal Research Institute (to preserve our good nature)and build special school for our intelligent people. We can if we want. Serengeti let us join our hand.
