  • Never believe SJR Primecorp. Go to their existing project like SJR Watermark and measure the floor plans. They have reduced the room sizes by around 1/2 ft everywhere.
  • Thats true. Even I had found this. All rooms sizes are around 6 inches less than whts mentioned on paper. Also they are very unprofessional in their communication once you pay the money. I have burnt my fingers in this project. Finally had to cancel and after much trouble got back my money after a long time than wht they had promised. Better avoid this builder.

  • Pathetic builder. Even after 1 year after its launch, they have not got the BBMP and bank approvals till now. Still they are asking buyers to give give the down payment. I am part of the owner group. They don't respond properly to queries and make all false claims. Everyone in the buyer's group are kind of fed up with this builder. Their first project SJR Watermark is delay by around 2 years, and still would take another 1+ years to complete. They are now adding extra floors to project in contrast to what was committed to buyers. Never buy in any SJR Primecorp projects. There has been a mass cancellation in this project from the pre-launch time due to the attitude of the builder. Their initial communication will look like very professional but once you book they show you their true colours.
