377-foot, 29-story modern-International-style office building completed in 1993. Designed by Norman Jaffe and Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in a graduated glass facade curtain wall, with stainless steel mullions and blue-tinted panes. The 2-story base also has stainless steel, with large plate-glass windows for the retail spaces. The main entrance is on 46th Street, just east of center. It has two sets of revolving doors under a square, stainless-steel canopy.

The south facade is six bays wide, each containing six panes of glass. The 3rd bay from the east is recessed above the entrance, and there are recessed notches between the other bays. These bays set back above the 9th floor, along with the three bays along the west facade on 5th Avenue. Above this first setback the upper tower is two bays wide on the west and five bays wide on the south, with the middle three bays projecting to the south and then setting back above the 13th floor. The rest of the tower ascends vertically to the flat roof line.

The east half of the north facade is recessed, and the full north elevation is faced in white pre-cast concrete, while the narrow east facade is clad in a simpler glass curtain wall. There is a glass-clad mechanical penthouse on the roof. The 3-story retail space west of the entrance is occupied by an Adidas flagship store, with the ground floor east of the entrance occupied by Macchiato Cafe.
