Built in 1927 to designs by Charles Barton Keen for Mr. and Mrs. (Mildred Borden) Robert March Hanes. Ellen Biddle Shipman was the landscape architect. Currently owned by Sandra Reid Reynolds. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.
