  • Adam Sayles from USA I had a wonderful one month work study course to learn how to prepare Ethiopian food. Although I had to work hard, I'd never find a better experience in Africa. I think this would be a wonderful experience and education for a student on a limited budget. I believe I'm now competent to open an Ethiopian restaurant in United States. Although this isn't like a beach vacation, I don't know how else I could learn so much about gourmet African cuisine.
