Eastern part of Porlab Island, Andaman Archipelago, India
According to satellite images, Porlab Island is actually two dry land masses connected by a narrow tidally flooded swamp.
The polygon attempts to trace the outline of the permanently dry area, excluding beaches, magroves, open lagoons, and other partially or periodically flooded coastal areas. These features are tentatively identified by the canopy texture and/or the presence of sandy clearings, as seen in satellite images.
