First, it was a tile center that sold tiles for bathrooms and kitchens. Sometime 2010, the Cosplay Museum (sponsored by DPS and Cosplay.ph) was established here. However, it folded after a short while and now the place is occupied by review centers for students. The only reminder of the museum is a mural on its roll-up door.
