This boat launch is commonly used as a reference point in directions to get to the Green Sand Beach. The large, unpaved parking area here is free for anyone to use. If you don't have 4 wheel drive, then it is advisable to park here and walk the rest of the way. Ignore the NO TRESPASSING sign that you see at the entrance to the road to Green Sand Beach. The coastal roads are on state property and are open to the public.
