Lohgad and Visapur are excellent forts near Lonavla more than ten centuries old. Lohagad is famous for its four fortifications yet in unbroken state, giving full idea of the glory of those times. Lohgad turns out to be an attraction of youth in Pune in monsoon; where in bikes can reach fort doors.

  • Lohgad is really the best fort to visit in rainy season, if someone is really bored of going to sinhgad and has never saw lohgad then dont waste time,its really good than sinhgad,when v went over there,1yr back, not everyone was knowing it,there was no rush like sinhgad,but these days some people have made a mes out of it,but if some has not seen yet then go tommorrow itself to get the feel of light and high breeze on the top and dont forget to take snaps of the amazing and awesome spots on lohgad
  • This is very nice place for nature loving place. You will find many monkey on this fort.
  • This fort is fully green in rainy season.It is nice experience to climb this fort in rainy season.winds are blowing atop at this fort.
