The Fat Duck is a restaurant run by chef Heston Blumenthal in Bray, Berkshire, England. The restaurant is known for its menu of unusual dishes, created following the principles of molecular gastronomy. Upon opening in 2002, it was awarded two Michelin stars, and in 2004 was upgraded to three stars; one of only three restaurants in England at the time so honored.
