  • The Timolat estate was comprised of two components- the Main house on the river side of Navesink River Rd., and the farm across the street. It was a working farm with horses, cows, chickens, geese and contained 3 spring fed ponds stocked with smallmouth bass. There were huge hayfields and pastures, a 3 level barn, an orchard and stables.It is all still extant and is now part of Huber Woods Park. My uncle Pat Sherman was the manager of the estate for 45 years. I grew up there.

  • Was this the househould of James G. Timolat, jr. who was survived by his wife Florence k Timolat at death?? I am doing some very important research in regards to this.
