  • Damai Apartment..only one out of three lifts working..no one cares..
  • Nice spacious apartment 850 ft , got a 3.5 ft deep swimming pool , many students living here, my only grouse is the lift..for all the 3 blocks only 1 of 3 lifts working..

  • on 9/3/14 JMB is going to have EGM on the lifts..hope could solve the lifts problem..also hopefully they could consider allowing 2nd car to park inside for say one year..after that subject to review.. would appreciate very much..
  • JMB shd allow 2nd car to park inside as there are ample vacant parking inside. Why do residents who pay maintenance not be allowed to do so? Why can't they be more flexible?
  • Happy with new JMB. Now all the 3 lifts working in my Block. On top of that they have repaired the lift lights now it's brightly lit. Other things seem getting better. Shd try to help out residents to allow second car open parking area.
