Ameera Residences is the first phase of a mixed-use development built by sdb ss2 development sdn bhd (a subsidiary of Selangor Dredging Bhd). The condominium’s name, Ameera is derived from Arabic and means "Princess". The condominium was completed ahead of schedule in December 2009 and ready for occupancy in 2010.
