Sulukh Bridge (Armenian: Սուլուխի կամուրջ), a historic bridge on the Murad (Aratsani) river, on the Mush-Khnus road, near the village of Sulukh. It was built in 867 by an Armenian named Sulukh. The bridge is 190 meters long and is built on 12 arches. On May 27, 1907, Gevorg Chaush, a hero of the Armenian National Liberation Movement, Fida, ARF member, died near the Sulukh Bridge. For years, Armenians from both Western Armenia and the Diaspora, visiting Mush, paid their respects to the hero by visiting his place of martyrdom, the Sulukh Bridge, which the Turkish authorities did not like. In 1996, the Turks blew up the Sulukh Bridge. The three arches of the bridge completely collapsed, the bridge became impassable. The Armenian community of Mush immediately responded to this crime. Led by Armen Galstyan, the Armenians of Mush wrote several letters to the Council of Europe, and finally in 2009 the three collapsed arches of the Sulukh Bridge were rebuilt.
