The chapel is on the left part of the Antipolo Cathedral.
It can be accessed through its entrance in the Cathedral and also through its outer doors.
This is the inscription on the marker on one of the outer doors of the chapel:

Immaculate Conception Chapel

This chapel is inaugurated and blessed on the 8th of December, Solemnity of the Immaculae Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the year of our Lord, 2002 the 24th Year of the Pontificate of John Paul II by His Excellency Most Rev. Crisostomo A. Yalung, D.D, Bishop of Antipolo in honor of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Principal Patroness of the Philippines.

We thank the Good Lord for His countless blessings given to us as we celebrate the 19th Anniversary of the creation of the Diocese of Antipolo.
