Great place to hang out for free. Must have some books with you. Be courteous and don't make noise while you are inside the library, or be prepared to get kicked out by government personnel!

You will find a lot of CAs (Chartered Accountants), Engineers, Doctors and even high school students - all studying under a common roof.

The black board right outside the newspaper room is famous(?) for its daily quotes!
