Lido Plaza functions as a mixed used shopping precinct that will house one of the biggest tuition centres in the city, a church, a high-end supermarket, a modern boutique hotel, a pharmacy, and multiple restaurants as well as other eateries.

It consists of 3 blocks of shoplots which were constructed according to good proportions to ensure it is comfortable yet user-friendly. One of the attractions here is the Kawan Lido statue, which is more of a robot-like statue which signifies the plaza as a place for the local community to meet up and maintain relationships with friends.
