Apartment building.

Originally a church, the building was purchased by the Polish Falcons fraternal organization in 1908 to be remodeled as a "public hall for entertainments, etc." A state historical marker in front of the property recognizes I.J. Paderewski's speech to the Falcons in April of 1917 calling for the formation of a Polish-American army to fight in support of Poland's independence. In 1934, the again-renovated building became the national headquarters of the Falcons, and remained so for fifty years. It was converted to apartments after the headquarters relocated to Green Tree.
