Former Texaco world headquarters which was designed in the 1960's by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It was purchased by Morgan Stanley in 2002 for use as a backup trading center in case of emergencies. They had it renovated in 2005 by Roger Ferris + Partners.

In 2020, the firm relocated half of their traders to the Westchester office to prepare for the onslaught of COVID-19.
