This office building was originally a convent associated with the adjacent St. Justin's church and school. Built in 1939, it housed nuns for about 40 years before being purchased by Allegheny County for use as a mental health education and counseling center. In 1998, after a ten-year vacancy, the building was converted to office space by Susan Gove.
