A public elementary school located at Barangay 42 (Apaya), Laoag City. It is debatable what barangay the school is actually located at. It is actually located on the main road and is bounded on the north by Barangay #38-B (Mangato) and to the south by Barangay #39 (Santa Rosa). Barangay #42 (Apaya) is actually about quarter of a kilometer to the west of the school.

  • I went to school here and graduated in 1975. Best memories-great teachers, being a member of the choir that represented Ilocos Norte in the song competition in La Union and member of the great Rondalla band-both led by Miss Domingo. Aloha from Hawaii.
