IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center (Yorktown, NY)

This building, intentionally blurred in this image, is the largest lab of IBM's Research
Division, and its headquarters. Employs about 1200 people, and with a subsidiary lab about 10 miles south in Hawthorne. The building was designed by Eero Saarinen and the first, main section was completed in 1961. The building is a section of an annulus of about 140 width with a radius at the front of about 740 feet, and including nearly 120 degrees of arc.
