Usedom (polnisch Uznam, wendisch Uznjöm/Uznjom) ist eine Insel in der Pommerschen Bucht in der südlichen Ostsee. Sie ist durch den Peenestrom und das Stettiner Haff vom Festland getrennt, und durch die Świna (Swine) von der Nachbarinsel Wolin.
