Currently under construction as a part and parcel of the new Loundon Square re-development project(due for completion by end 2012). There are 48 flats within the scheme with a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom. The larger flats are designed for families with disabled requirements. The larger flats are located on the top floor and have the luxury of a roof terrace that will be fully accessible for disabled users.

The ground floor includes ten 1 bedroom flats and are all designed to be used by disabled occupants. Each has a private access to the property. The units incorporate features such as kitchens that are adjustable houses and charging point for electric wheelchairs.
