Pine Forest Near the Lighthouse (Tavares)

Brazil / Rio Grande do Sul / Tapes / Tavares

Our first task was to define the location to assemble the camp. After a few cans of cold beer and a lot of discussion, we decided to set up our camp under a grove of eucalyptus trees right next to the lighthouse, depending on the shade and also the place to be more sheltered from the wind blowing very strong already during the afternoon and certainly increase very night, as is common on the edge of the pond.
We also define the location and prepare our fire would be lit at the entrance of the night, after camp without a campfire is not camping.
Stalls and well tied into the wind, decided to face the lagoon. Despite the strong winds and cold water, a funny face bath in cold, clean waters of the Patos Lagoon.
After bathing in the lagoon, Mauricio colleagues and Leo decided to pick up some minnows for bait. I went along, despite not knowing fishing. Mauricio with all his experience he soon found an irrigation ditch that promised, and "washed the mare" taking various actions traíras dentuças. In just over one hour, a dozen traíras were all small. The fried supper was guaranteed!
