Coopers Yard is a self-contained courtyard development comprising 13 inter-connecting two-storey office buildings with on site car park to the front / sides of the site. Access by vehicle is available both off Curran Road or Trade Street.

A principal tenant is the The Workers' Educational Association (WEA) South Wales which claims to be unique in the education world because it is a voluntary association of its learners. Each WEA branch or group negotiates the learning it needs giving the learner a voice in deciding how, where and what to study.
