Al-Yarubiyah(Kurdish: Til Koçer) is a town in Cizire Canton, Rojava. It makes a divided town with Rabiaa, in the Iraqi Kurdistan (South Kurdistan) Region.
According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Al-Yaarubiyah had a population of 6,066 in the 2004 census. The majority of the population is Arab, from the Shammar tribe, with a small Kurdish community. Center of the Yarubiyah subdistrict of Derîk district of Hasaka Governorate.

On 26 October, 2013, Kurdish YPG fighters seized control of the strategic Yarubiya border crossing between Syria and Iraq from "Jabhat Al-Nusra" and ISIS militant groups and the next day YPG established full control over the town.
The ISIS tried hard to take the town, but YPG managed to repell its numerous attacks.

The security of the town is managed by YPG kurdish and arabs soldiers, and also by Al Sanadid, the armed wing to arab Shammar tribe.
