It is pathetic to come to know that even after the allotment of funds, the centre is not yet opened due to opposite political views. The buildings alongwith A/c infrastructure is ready. The ariticles collected elsewhere at Perambalur and Ariyalur areas are to be brought here for public view soon,.....Ch.P.
