Formerly International Residence Apartments, these 1984 apartments had a large fire in 2012 that burned down three buildings. A closed-off alleyway has a tennis court built in it, and until the mid-2000s, the roofs of the apartments were colorfully painted (by the time the apartments caught fire, all roofs had been repainted). Reviews for this complex are generally bad, but in 2015 the burned buildings were rebuilt.
