Village Dhani Phogat is locatd in the 1.5 miles east of tehshil HQ Charkhi Dadri and 15 miles from Distt HQ Bhiwani as well as 55 miles from the National Capital of India (New Delhi). There are four mohallas (Panna) namly Mankan, Thala, Deishan, Kuliayan with 12 wards in village. The population of village is approx 4500 with 2800 voters. This village comes under the constitutional halka Badhra.The Railway Track from rewari to hisar is crossing the village.two communication towers of different networks each from airtel and tata docomoare also standing in village. Mr. Ashok Mehla is Sarpanch in current planning years. This Village was highlighhted in november 12,1996 when two aeroplanes colided in sky resulting the 400 casualities spread in the fields. There was no local casuality in that case.The wreckage of the Saudi Aircraft (Boeing -747) hit the ground near this Birohar village on 12 Nov 1996 at around 1840 Hrs
