Driscoll Buildings is the first development phase of the 750,000 sq ft Capital Quarter city centre scheme. The initial phase comprises two detached office buildings extending to 16,845 sq ft and 20,019 sq ft. The larger building has now been let to Inexus leaving Driscoll Building 1 able to accommodate requirements from 4,174 sq ft to 16,954 sq ft.

The buildings have been designed to BREEAM Very Good standards and offer flexible floor plates from 4,174 sq ft with an on-site car parking ratio of 1:1,300 sq ft NIA.
