The Mill is a locally-famous coffee shop in the historic Haymarket District of Lincoln, Nebraska. It has been in existence since 1975 and is a favorite among members of the university community. The Mill offers fresh-roasted coffee (roasted on-site), fine teas, locally-made sandwiches and vegetarian wraps, baked goods and desserts, a large selection of gourmet candies and chocolate, and of course a full line of coffee- and tea-related supplies and hardware. It offers a casual and eclectic atmosphere, including a large outdoor seating area in the warmer months.
