Number 1 Capital Quarter is the second speculative office building at Capital Quarter. Work is underway and commenced in the Summer of 2011 on this 77,740 sq.ft. Grade A building. The 7.3 acre Capital Quarter development is the largest mixed use scheme under way in the capital, offering more than 700,000 sq ft of commercial space including two hotels, office space, 350 student accommodation units, residential and retail space.

The new headquarters office building, to be named Number One Capital Quarter, will also provide a further 7,000 sq ft of niche retail space.
